The Cultart team won a new European project as a spin-off of the International Academy for Cultural Management Cultart

Cultart – Cultural Management Academy results from the two-year partnership with 6 organizations from 5 countries and the inclusion of 125 new cultural managers aged 20 to 35 managing culture and art in Europe.

The second edition is named Cultart Pro and continues until July 2025 creating a professional network for training in cultural management together with five other European organizations in Bulgaria, Vienna, Greece, Italy, and North Macedonia. Within two years, 5 international internship programs and over 120 events will be held in the five countries.

The project aims to create modern educational centers for events with headquarters in Plovdiv and branches in Vienna, Lecce, Skopje, and Ioannina.  The Cultart centers will be a gathering point and workspace for 125 young people upgrading their skills and starting their careers in the cultural and creative sector.

The project’s budget is EUR 250,000.00 and CULTART PRO is the highest rated among more than 70 candidates for the Erasmus+ program, managed by the Human Resources Development Center in Bulgaria.

Cultart will continue to expand its network of cities by creating a model for 5 national training centers with a modern educational environment together with a consortium for a strategic, cross-sectoral partnership of international experts in youth policies, training, innovation, and creative industries, to improve training young people in cultural management programs at the European level.
