Day 5, the day of the final presentations and wrapping up the case studies, was embedded within a wider and more relevant context. A selected group of audience from the field as well as students/colleagues from the University of Vienna Certificate Course Cultural Management were invited as public contributors to the common event 15 Minutes for the Things That Matter. Participants had the opportunity to meet and greet, receive valuable feedback on their work, and participate in a conference on burning issues of our time, expanding their network, experience, and knowledge. 

The groups’s Case Studies earned appreciation and interest, as they were both innovatively fresh and professionally solid. The proposed solutions included a variety of virtual and digital measures, accentuation on public relations and audience engagement, and minor but efficient changes in the internal and external way information is offered to visitors.
